6Ways to reach one catalog

See it in practice — read our case studies →

See it in motion

Watch how it actually works.

Four short looks at the same platform: one catalog reaching every channel, one catalog priced differently per customer, stock that can never be double-sold, and restocking however suits you.

Four channels, one catalog

Bring your catalog to Feedwyre once - it's ready for a live API, scheduled SFTP/email, or a self-serve booking portal.

You're a B2B supplier with one product catalog.
Bring it to Feedwyre. Once.
Feedwyre delivers it your clients' way.
One catalog. Always live. However they want it.

Three customers, three margins

The same warehouse catalog, priced and delivered differently for every customer - automatically.

You run a warehouse - thousands of products, limited stock.
Bring the whole catalog into Feedwyre. Once.
Customer 1 gets +10% margin, delivered straight to their FTP - automatically.
Customer 2 gets +8% margin, connects via API and books in real time.
Customer 3 gets +9% margin, browsing and booking through the Feedwyre portal.
One catalog. Three margins. Three channels. Always in sync.

Never oversold

One shared stock count, checked atomically on every booking - across the API, the portal, and everywhere else at once.

One product. Five units in stock.
A customer books 2 units through your API.
Another customer orders 3 units through the online portal.
A third customer tries to book the same product...
...and sees Out of stock. Never oversold.
One shared stock count. Every channel sees it, live.

Restock, any way you like

Type a new number into Feedwyre, drop a file on FTP, or sync it from another database - every channel sees it immediately.

Customers keep ordering the same product...
...until stock runs low.
Update it directly in Feedwyre,
from a file on FTP,
or synced from another database table.
However you update it, every channel sees the new number - immediately.

Everything a catalog needs

One product feed, every way to use it.

Add your products from a dashboard, a spreadsheet, your own database, or a scheduled FTP/SFTP pull. Then let people reach them however suits them best: an API key, a shareable link, or a resold copy at their own price.

Get products into a feed

Import from a spreadsheet

Upload a CSV or Excel file, match up the columns, then choose to add new products or replace the whole catalog. You'll see it happen live, and get a clear reason for any row that doesn't make it.

Import on a schedule, automatically

Point Feedwyre at a file on your own FTP, SFTP, or FTPS server and it pulls the file in on the hours you pick, mapping columns and choosing Merge or Replace exactly like a manual upload - just with nobody having to remember to do it.

Stay in sync with your database

Connect your own SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL database once. Feedwyre then pulls in updates on whatever schedule you choose. It only ever adds or updates products - it never deletes anything.

Get products out to whoever needs them

Give them an API key

The fastest option for anyone building their own integration - generate a key scoped to Query, Query & Booking, or full Manage access, optionally locked to just one partner. They call your feed directly; you keep control of exactly what they can see and do.

Share a file, not a key

Got a partner who'd rather open a spreadsheet than write code? Hand them a secure CSV, Excel, or JSON link instead of an API key. You can still revoke it any time, and it's billed the same way.

Email your feed on a schedule

Pick a format and which hours of the day, and Feedwyre emails the latest export straight to a consumer's inbox automatically - attached directly, or as a secure download link once a catalog gets too large to attach.

Push it to their FTP/SFTP, automatically

Give a consumer their own FTP, SFTP, or FTPS drop location and Feedwyre uploads the file there on the same schedule - no login, no portal, nothing for them to check. Test the connection any time from the Consumers page.

Resell at your own price

Offer the same catalog to different partners, each with their own markup - a flat amount, or different rates per category. Underneath, it's all one shared source, so nothing ever drifts out of sync.

Give consumers their own login

No app, no API key, no spreadsheet. A consumer just signs in to their own ordering portal on Feedwyre, sees the catalog and prices you've set for them, and books straight against your live stock.

Query, book, and manage through the API

Search and browse products

Look up a single product by SKU, barcode, or any field you pick. Or browse a filtered list by category or brand. Either way, nobody can download your whole catalog in one go.

Never oversell

Every sale checks and updates your stock in one safe step. If two orders both go for the last unit at the same moment, only one of them wins. Never both.

Control who can do what

Give each key just the access it needs: Query for read-only lookups, Query & Booking for read-only plus the ability to record a sale, or Manage for full read/write. Lock any key to a single partner, and revoke it whenever you need to.

Run it with confidence

Catch problems early

Run a health check whenever you like. It shows you what's missing a price or image, what's out of stock, what hasn't been touched in a month, and what shares a barcode with something else - with the exact products to fix.

See exactly what changed

Every edit, import, and sync gets logged in plain language, like "price: $9.99 → $8.49". You can check any product's history without decoding a technical log.

Bring your whole team

Add teammates with their own login - Owner, Admin, or Member, each with exactly the right amount of access. Admins do everything but billing; Members handle day-to-day catalog work without touching API keys or database credentials.

Engineering simplicity

Four intuitive steps. Zero deployment required.

Everything needed to transition from disconnected inventory to programmable endpoints.

Step 01

Create Feed

Name your catalog, upload an initial CSV, or connect direct database read credentials.

Step 02

Configure Fields

Point out SKU, price, and stock levels. Set lookup filters and choose visible attributes.

Step 03

Generate Token

Provision keys for Query-only, Query & Booking, or full Manage access.

Step 04

Query Anywhere

Call the REST API, share a portal link with buyers, or schedule an FTP/email export.

api.feedwyre.example Example Request
// 1. Search for a product by SKU or any searchable field GET REQUEST
curl https://api.feedwyre.example/feeds/YOUR_COMPANY/YOUR_FEED/products?sku=YOUR_PRODUCT_CODE \ -H "X-API-Key: YOUR_API_KEY"
// 2. Get a catalog - every product in a category, not a single lookup GET REQUEST
curl https://api.feedwyre.example/feeds/YOUR_COMPANY/YOUR_FEED/products?category=YOUR_CATEGORY \ -H "X-API-Key: YOUR_API_KEY"
// 3. Atomic order booking (stock decrements automatically) POST ACTION
curl -X POST https://api.feedwyre.example/feeds/YOUR_COMPANY/YOUR_FEED/products/book \ -H "X-API-Key: YOUR_API_KEY" \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{ "productCode": "YOUR_PRODUCT_CODE", "consumerCode": "YOUR_CONSUMER_CODE", "quantity": 2, "referenceNumber": "YOUR_ORDER_REFERENCE", "address": "OPTIONAL_DELIVERY_ADDRESS" }'

Or skip the API entirely - give them portal access

Not every consumer needs a key. Set up a consumer portal login instead - they sign in to Feedwyre at their own branded URL, browse the catalog and prices you've set for them, and place an order directly. No key, no curl, nothing to integrate on their end. See how the consumer portal works →

Or skip the API entirely - schedule it to their FTP/SFTP or email

Or don't wait for anyone to ask. Set up a scheduled delivery instead - pick a format, pick the hours of the day it should go out, and Feedwyre pushes the file straight to a consumer's email inbox or their own FTP/SFTP/FTPS server automatically, on repeat. No key, no curl, nothing for them to set up at all. See how scheduled delivery works →

Need a higher limit? Just ask - we can create plan according to your requirement. On Growth and up, going over your monthly query allowance is billed per 1,000 calls - we never cut you off mid-month. The free Starter plan has no overage billing, so API calls pause once you hit your monthly allowance until it resets or you upgrade.

Questions

Frequently asked

What exactly is Feedwyre?

Feedwyre turns a product catalog into a secure web API in a few minutes, without writing any code. That catalog can be a spreadsheet, an export from another system, or a live pull from your own database. Just set which fields people can search by and which fields come back, generate a key, and your apps can start looking products up right away.

Can I try it for free?

Yes. Every account starts on the Starter plan with a 7-day free trial, and it comes pre-loaded with sample data so your dashboard isn't empty on day one. You don't need a card to sign up, and you don't have to pick a plan first either.

Can I resell the same catalog at a different price?

Yes. Child feeds come with every plan, including the free trial. A child feed reads a parent feed's products live and applies your own markup, either flat or per category, to price, delivery cost, or a custom field, before handing them back. Nothing gets duplicated, and each child feed has its own keys and consumers.

Can I stop overselling across multiple sales channels?

Yes, that's exactly what atomic stock booking does. Every booking reduces one shared stock count in a single step, so if two channels both try to sell the last unit at the same time, only one of them can succeed.

Can my customers order without integrating an API?

Yes. Set up a login for any consumer and send them the link to their own ordering portal on Feedwyre. No API key, no spreadsheet, nothing to integrate. They just sign in there, browse the catalog and prices you've set for them, and book straight against your live stock, the same safe way every other channel does.
